All vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level at the time of rental. Clients are required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level and type as it was when rented. Failure to do so may result in additional refueling charges. Please ensure you use the correct fuel type as indicated for the vehicle to avoid damage or extra fees.
Vehicle Cleanliness
All vehicles are delivered clean and in good condition. Clients are required to return the vehicle in the same clean state it was received. A cleaning fee may be applied if the car is returned excessively dirty, including stains, sand, or strong odors.
No Pets Allowed in Rental Vehicles
For the comfort and safety of all our customers, animals are not permitted in any of our rental vehicles. This policy helps us maintain a clean and allergen-free environment. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the policy is violated.
